Orapred ODT^® (prednisolone sodium phosphate orally disintegrating tablets) is a prescription drug product approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for the control of severe or incapacitating allergic conditions intractable to adequate trials of conventional treatment in adult and pediatric populations with asthma or asthma caused by respiratory disorders.

With Orapred ODT, no dosing spoon, no water or other liquid, and no refrigeration are required. To take Orapred ODT, children can simply place the tablet on their tongue and swallow it whole or allow it to dissolve, with or without the assistance of water.

Orapred ODT is available in 3 strengths equivalent to 10, 15, and 30 mg of prednisolone.
